My company was start is 1994 as a very part time business which steadly grew into a fulltime business. I started my business because someone that I worked with said that I was really good at IT and should start my own business. So I did. My approach to business is to provide extraordinary customer service at a small business price. I strive to have a relationship with all of my customers so I can be their trusted IT advisor for all of their technology needs. We are the best option because we will work with the customer so they get the most out of technology without spending a ton of money. Our market is the small business, 5 or more and less than 40 employees, is the sweet spot we want to attract.

Services include 24/7 system monitoring and support, network installation and support, PC hardware and software installation and support, and Access database development. Our products include a full line of computer products including desktops, servers and notebooks, networking gear, software and printer supplies. We work with your company to provide cost effective solutions to solve your business problems.

Our Team

David L. Ketterer is President of C.D.’s IT Consulting LLC which he started in September of 1994. He is also works part-time as the Manager, Information Systems at the Greater Indianapolis Chamber of Commerce. Ketterer joined the Chamber in April of 1993.As President of C.D’s IT Consulting LLC, Ketterer works with small businesses, trade associations and chambers of commerce to provide them with technology solutions to solve their business problems.

As Information Systems Manager, Ketterer directs and educates a staff of 34 in the usage of technology to more efficiently perform their job tasks and serve the Chamber membership. In addition, he also leads the Chamber in utilizing technology to better servetheir members.

In January 1996, Ketterer was promoted from Systems Analyst Administrator to his current position as Manager, Information Systems at the Indianapolis Chamber of Commerce. Prior to joining the Chamber, Ketterer was Systems Coordinator for Mariah Packing, Inc. in Columbus, Indiana.

A native of Cincinnati, Ohio, Ketterer is a 1985 graduate of New Albany High School, New Albany, Indiana. He is a 1989 graduate of Purdue University with a degree in Industrial Management and a minor in Information Systems.
